Do I need my own HighLevel account?
Yes. We build everything inside HighLevel. You can use your own account, or upgrade to our Solopreneur plan which includes a HighLevel account under our agency. You can also create one at gohighlevel.com/bridgetbartlett. Note: we cannot build inside a sub-account that belongs to another agency.
How long does the setup take?
10-14 business days from the date you complete your intake form and submit all required brand assets. The clock starts when we have everything we need from you - not from the date you sign.
What do I need to provide?
You'll complete a detailed intake form after signing. We'll need your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), target audience details, offer information, and HighLevel account access. The more complete your intake form, the faster we can build.
What if I need changes after the build is complete?
Minor adjustments within scope are handled during the review phase. After delivery, change requests are submitted in writing to our project manager. Changes that require additional time or fall outside scope may incur additional charges - we'll always quote you first.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You may cancel within 48 hours of signing for a full refund. Once work has begun, no refunds are issued. This protects the time and resources our team invests from day one.
What is NOT included?
Ad spend, third-party software subscriptions, custom development outside the defined scope, and ongoing management after delivery are not included. The Team Build package does not include affiliate commissions - those are only earned when a lead creates their own Vision Assistant account through your affiliate link.
What happens after the build is delivered?
We conduct a live offboarding session to walk you through your complete system. Any additional questions can be brought to our live coaching sessions. You'll leave knowing exactly how everything works and how to use it.
Can I purchase Team Build for multiple clients?
Yes - each Team Build is a separate engagement at $3,500 per client account. There are no bulk discounts at this time, but as demand grows, pricing will increase. Locking in now is the best way to protect your rate.
